Simply collect fat by way of standard liposuction with mechanical assistance or RF energy. Collect the infranatant.
Infranatant is run through the CaptuRE(TM) Column and adipose stem cells are captured on a proprietary substrate. Inflammatory cells and contaminates are washed free from the column.. (Use the Maxi for liposuction total volumes under 2L, the Midi for volumes under 1L and Mini for volumes under 100cc.)
Elute the exosomes with minimal processing. May be used immediately for an Exosome Lift(TM) following micro needling or fractionated laser. Immobilized stem cells may be directly cryopreserved on the beads or transported to any tissue processing center for further culture or tissue banking.

Standard blood draw using sterile vials with anticoagulant (ACD) to prevent clumping.
PRP is isolated using any standard centrifuge. 5 minutes at 3000 RCF to separate phases.
Simple extraction using a 5mL syringe with a 16 gauge needle.
The PRP is gently filtered through a proprietary surging filter to separate out exosomes at the nanometric level.
Unlike standard PRP that has activated fibrin particles preventing free flow of exosomes, the NanoPRP(TM) process removes this obstacle unlocking full regenerative power.
